A Hendersonville dog groomer was arrested and charged with 24 counts of animal cruelty Tuesday after a search of his property by law enforcement officials located more than two dozen allegedly neglected animals.

Stephen D. Miller, 52, 108 Maple Drive,  is also charged with tampering with evidence and failure to stop, halt and frisk.
