Dear Editor,

For all those people who do not already know, we have amazing merchants in Gallatin and surrounding areas. They are so supportive of the non-profit organizations anytime there is a fundraiser and they are asked for a donation.

The Gallatin Senior Citizens Center staff and members say a big “Thank You” to the following merchants and individuals who contributed so generously to our seventh annual Excellence in Aging Banquet/Roast held recently. They are Regions Bank, Wilson County Bank, Farmers Bank, Portland, Advance Auto Parts, Jets Pizza, Shangri-La Massage Studio, NCG Theatre, Painturos, Longhorns Restaurant, R.J. A special thank you goes to the office staff at Gallatin Church of Christ, to Linda Kittrell for helping make this fundraiser a success and to all the people who attended the banquet to support the Center.

The Gallatin Senior Citizens Center is located at 200 East Franklin Street and we are open five days a week, serve a hot lunch each day, have a large thrift store, offer a variety of activities not only for senior citizens but to the public as well.
