The Tennessee High School Soccer Coaches Association announced its 2012 All-State teams this week and Sumner County placed four on the Class AAA team. Hendersonville forward Ryan Odum earned his second All-State nod. Teammate Kieran McFadden, a midfielder, earned his first selection. Gallatin's Justin Roberts was named an All-State forward and Beech defender Nathan Hansen were also first-time selections. Sumner County had at least one player at each of the three positions in the field. All four also competed in last week's THSSCA All-Star game and helped the West team to its first win in the three-year series. Odum was named District 9-AAA MVP this season with Roberts being named Offensive MVP and Hansen Defensive MVP. All four were all-district regular season and all-district tournament players as well.
