Earlier this month, 140 Goodpasture 7^th and 8^th graders traveled to nearby Stratton Elementary School to enjoy a Christmas party with all approximately 400 Stratton 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd graders. Each Goodpasture student donated money, food or drinks and other items to make sure all the Stratton students would have a special Christmas. Over 30 parents graciously contributed their time in transporting students to Stratton and helping with the parties.

Each student at Stratton received a gift sack filled with a book, small toys, school supplies and other items. All Stratton first graders also received a stocking cap.

Several Stratton students told Goodpasture faculty and students that this was the best Christmas they had ever had.
