Two Hendersonville students were recognized as state winners in the nutrition, health and fitness project at the Tennessee 4-H Roundup and All-Star Conference held at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville on July 25th. Pictured fifth from the left, Brandt Martinek, a sophomore at Hendersonville High School, was the Level I winner and recipient of a $500 college scholarship.  Merrol Hyde Magnet School senior Ivy Adams, seventh from the left, was the Level II winner and recipient of a $1,000 college scholarship and trip to 4-H National Congress in Atlanta in November.  Also pictured: are Kathy Atwood (Horizon Award donor); Amy Willis (silver bowl donor); Sarah Camp, Level I winner from Lawrenceburg; Ben Sanders, Farm Bureau Health Plans (donor); Andy Loveday (silver bowl donor); Brent Gammons (Horizon Award donor); and Maddie Ashburn, Level II winner from Whitwell.
