Hendersonville police arrested five juveniles early Sunday in connection with a string of car burglaries in the Saundersville Station subdivision.
Police responded to a call of a burglary in progress in the neighborhood at around 1:30 a.m. on June 30, according to an HPD news release. After receiving a description of the suspect vehicle from a resident of the neighborhood, a patrol officer stopped the car and determined that the five occupants were responsible for 10 car burglaries in the neighborhood.
The suspects – all juveniles – were each charged with 10 counts of burglary and one count of theft.
Charged were a 15-year-old male and three 16-year-old males from Nashville and a 17-year-old male from Goodlettsville. Police do not release the names of juvenile offenders.
