On July 10, Hendersonville Police were notified of a robbery that occurred at The Retreat at Indian Lake in Hendersonville. The two juvenile victims of the robbery had been in contact with numerous other individuals while attempting to purchase marijuana just prior to the incident occurring.
These individuals included two other juveniles who were setting up the deal and three subjects involved in the sale. It was determined that the three subjects involved in the sale, consisting of two juveniles and one adult, got into a truck owned by one of the victims and rode to the incident location. The three subjects then robbed the two juveniles of their personal items before stealing the vehicle.
All three subjects responsible for the Robbery were taken into custody. The two juveniles were transported to Sumner County Detention and the adult, Jeremiah Anderson, 20, was transported to Sumner County Jail. Petitions were filed on the two robbery victims and two other juveniles for their attempt to purchase marijuana. The charges are as follows:
Jeremiah Anderson – Robbery and Carjacking
17-year-old – Robbery and Carjacking
15-year-old – Robbery and Carjacking
16-year-old – Criminal Attempt to Possess Schedule VI
16- year-old – Criminal Attempt to Possess Schedule VI
15-year-old – Criminal Attempt to Possess Schedule VI
15- year-old – Criminal Attempt to Possess Schedule VI
