Nashville-based Infinity Hospitality has announced its plans to transform The Estate at Cherokee Dock, the former home of country music singer, actor and author Reba McEntire, into a luxury event venue and resort.

The nearly 13,000 square foot Southern Colonial home sits on approximately 15 acres of waterfront property in Lebanon just off Highway 109 near the Sumner County line.

It was built in 1960 and opened as an event center in 2017.

The home can accommodate up to 30 guests. It recently was featured in PEOPLE Magazine for the wedding of “The Bachelor” Ben Higgins to Jessica Clarke.

Other features of the property include an equestrian facility, guest house, pool house, movie theater and outdoor tented pavilion.

“Infinity Hospitality is thrilled to provide an event and lodging experience second to none in Tennessee, with full-service event design and planning, an on-site culinary program, custom bar selections, and vendor management for all services needed to create a once-in-a-lifetime event,” Infinity Hospitality CEO Nathaniel Beaver said in a news release.
