James E. Cooper, age 83 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020.  Graveside Service will be Monday, October 26th at 2:00 p.m. at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Rev. John Casey officiating and family and friends serving as pallbearers.  Visitation will be at Family Heritage Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until time to leave for the cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.  The family respectfully asks that everyone who attends the visitation and/or service wear a mask (masks are available at the funeral home).

Terry “TJ” Bergman, age 56 of Gallatin passed away October 16, 2020. Terry was born on October 5, 1964 in Mountain View, California to the late Melvin Leo Bergman and the late Marilyn Helene Mock Bergman. Terry had a free spirit and a heart of gold, would do anything to help a friend. He was a wonderful dad to Miranda, a great brother and friend. Terry loved playing guitar and moved to Tennessee from California to follow his dream of being a musician, and he became the bass guitar player in a band called Electric Blue shortly after he arrived in TN. Growing up in Newark, California he spent a lot of time boating, water skiing, at the beach and he also enjoyed scuba diving.  The first home he bought was in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California so that he could be in the mountains and by the ocean.  He always enjoyed being around water and boats, at lakes and the ocean.  He loved the outdoors. After moving to Tennessee, he decided to become a Marine Mechanic, which allowed him to spend his workdays around lakes and boats.  Prior to that when he was in California, he had a variety of businesses including a restaurant repair company, auction company, and others. Terry was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi. Terry is survived by his daughter, Miranda Bergman of Gallatin; brother, Lee Bergman of Nevada; sister, Jayne Dower (Tom) of Florida; nieces Carissa Bergman and Lauren Bergman; nephews, Chris Dower and Danny Dower; and Miranda’s mother, Deborah Bergman. In accordance with his wishes, Terry was cremated and a celebration to honor his life will be held at a later date. Rickey Denson, Jr., age 45 of Scottsville, KY, passed away October 8, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Rickey was born on November 29, 1974 in Houma, Louisiana. He was born and raised in Houma and graduated from H.L. Bourgeois High School in 1992. He is survived by his wife, Bridgett Denson; children, Katelyn Elizabeth Denson, Dylan Dean Denson and Madeline Gail Denson; parents, Rickey Denson, Sr. and Donna Denson; sister, Tammy Denson Credeur; brother-in-law, Troy Joseph Credeur; nephews, Tanner John Credeur and Tye Joseph Credeur; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Kimberly Dawn Winters, 54, of White House passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her home. She was born August 15, 1966 in Nashville, Tennessee to Paul O'Kelley and Wanda Pat Shoemake O'Kelley. She worked as a homemaker and was the matriarch of her family. She hosted all of the family parties and holidays and cooked and decorated everything with care and love. Her special touch that she added to everything will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her sister, Diedre Curtis. She is survived by her husband of 34-1/2 years, Donald Winters; son, Peyton Winters; daughters, Heather (Dustin) Sellards and Tiffany (Bo) Munday, all of White House, TN; father, Paul O'Kelley, Gallatin, TN; mother, Pat Scott, Nashville, TN; 5 grandchildren, Shaelyn, Brock, Dalton, Adrian and Bennett. Charles M. Kennedy, of Franklin, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Mayburn and Alice Kennedy; one sister, Karen Kindig. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Susan; two sons, Charles “Mark” Kennedy (Robyn), Michael Kennedy (Mary); five grandchildren, Ryan Kennedy, Garrison Kennedy, Charles “Mac” Kennedy, Julia Kennedy, Owen Kennedy. Charles worked for Nashville Electric Service for 32 years where he retired as Systems Control Manager. Aside from his professional career he enjoyed golf, cooking, wood working and spending time with family. He was a family man having never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He and Susan were members of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Charles will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him. Visitation for Charles will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from Noon until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the funeral home chapel. Leslie Faye Mullins, age 59 of Gallatin, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020.  There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.  Ms. Mullins was born July 1, 1961 in Rutherford County.  She is preceded in death by sister, Donna Keisler.   She is survived by son, Westley Reid (Matthew Dolan) of Murfreesboro; daughter, Mindy Bryant (Jeff) of Mt. Vader Thomas Stultz, 78, of Gallatin Tennessee, passed away peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from respiratory failure and complications caused by Covid-19.  He was born on January 22, 1942 on a family farm near Bloomfield, Missouri to Henry Thomas Stultz and Blanche Alice (Harper) Stultz Avery who precede him in death.  He married Wanda Lee Niehaus of Dexter, Missouri on April 24, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri and she survives. He is also survived by one daughter, Dawn Denise Stultz Kingsley and a son-in-law, John William “Billy” Kingsley and three grandsons John Thomas Harper Kingsley, William Kendrick Lee Kingsley and John William Kingsley III, along with one sister, Bonnie Cooper of Dexter, Missouri and with numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
