HENDERSON AND WIFE, FRANCIS C. HENDERSON individually are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them. It is therefore, ORDERED that publication be made in THE HENDERSONVILLE STANDARD, a newspaper published in Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee, for four (4) consecutive weeks commanding said defendants to file an answer to the complaint with the Clerk and Master at his office in Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee, according to law within thirty (30) days from April 29, 2021.
