A Public Hearing will be held before the Hendersonville Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Tuesday,

February 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., to hear comments on a request by Cages Bend Development, LLC to

rezone property from Estate Residential (ER) to Estate Residential, Planned Development (ER-PD), and

to approve a Preliminary Development Plan called Bellesford Landing.

The property is located east of Cages Bend Road North, south of Douglas Bend, as identified by Sumner
