Notice is Hereby Given that on  October 29th of 2019, letters testamentary (or of administration as the case may be) in respect to the estate of  Marsha F Smith, who died 09/12/2019 were issued to the undersigned by the Sumner County Chancery Court of Sumner County, Tennessee. NOTICE OF TRUSTEEíS FORECLOSURE SALE

Sale at public auction will be on December 5, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., local time, at the usual and customary location at the Sumner County Courthouse, 100 Public Square, Gallatin, TN 37066, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Joshua A. Pierce for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for F & M Bank, as Beneficiary, dated June 13, 2017, of record in Instrument Number 1199269, Book 4556, Page 500 in the Registers of Deeds Office for Sumner County, Tennessee, (ìDeed of Trustî), conducted by James E. Albertelli, P.A. d/b/a ALAW, a Florida corporation duly authorized to conduct business in Tennessee, having been appointed Trustee, all of record in the Register of Deeds Office for Sumner County, Tennessee.  Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made; and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY FURTHER CONVEYED TO JOSHUA A. PIERCE BY DEED FROM MICHELLE PIERCE DATED 6/13/2017, RECORDED 6/23/2017 IN BOOK 4556, PAGE 499, REGISTER’S OFFICE FOR SUMNER COUNTY, TENNESSEE.

JOSHUA A. PIERCE AND JOSHUA PIERCE BEING ONE AND THE SAME PERSON.

Street Address:  The street address of the property is believed to be 101 Saranac Trail, Hendersonville, TN 37075, but such address is not part of the legal description of the property.  In the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control.
