In this cause, it appearing from the Order for Publication, that the whereabouts of the
Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc., and W. Russell Meade, cannot be ascertained upon
diligent inquiry. It is hereby ordered that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks, as
required by law, in the Hendersonville Standard, a newspaper published in Sumner County, Tennessee, notifying Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc., and W. Russell Meade of thisaction. The Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc. and W. Russell Meade, are to file an Answer with this Court, whose physical address is 22 Cherry Street, Dunlap, TN 37327, with a copy also to Petitioners, whose address is P.O. Box 1504, Dunlap, TN 37327, within 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last date of publication, or a Judgment of Default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to said Defendants. If there is no Answer, a hearing on Petitioners' Motion for Default Judgment shall be heard by this Court after 30 days have lapsed after the last date of publication.
