The City of Hendersonville, Tennessee, is requesting bids for “DATTO

BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DISASTER RECOVERY HARDWARE,

SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT”. Specifications may be obtained from

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held before the Hendersonville Board of Mayor and Aldermen

on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North,

Hendersonville, TN, to hear comments on a request by Jack Patel to rezone 0.27 acres

from Suburban Residential, Medium Density (SR-2) to General Commercial (GC).

This property is located on the east side of New Shackle Island Road, and the south

side of Iris Drive, as identified on Sumner County Tax Map 160E A 019.00.

A copy of the request is on file in the Planning Department and is available for inspection

during regular business hours. Anyone desiring to comment is invited to attend.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Hendersonville

will meet in regular session on September

28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m, at its administrative offices located

at City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North. The Board will

consider all matters properly presented to it, including

a resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement

with Sumner County, the City of Gallatin and the

Resource Authority of Sumner County, which would

obligate the City of Hendersonville to fund 2/7ths of

any debt service shortfall attributable to a proposed

$13.250 million County bond issue to fund capital

improvements for the Resource Authority. This notice is

published pursuant to TCA 8-44-101 et seq.
