HENDERSONVILLE - The Merrol Hyde Lady Hawks saw their win streak improve to five games in-a-row Friday night disposing of district foe STEM Prep High School, 66-38.

GALLATIN: A back-and-forth game between district foes Station Camp and Beech went down to the wire Friday night before the road Bucs walked away with a thrilling 58-52 overtime win. 

GALLATIN – Station Camp kept it close until halftime, but the Beech Lady Bucs went on a 6-0 run to begin the third quarter and ran away from the Lady Bison for a 59-39 victory Friday night.

Hendersonville – The Lady Bucs kept their 9-AAA unbeaten streak alive, improving to 17-1 and 7-0 with a 68-41 win over the Lady Commandos on Tuesday evening.  

Beech High School honored the late, great Beech High School head basketball coach Tuesday night with the unveiling of "Boots" Scott Court during halftime of the boys basketball game against Hendersonville High School.

GALLATIN - The Station Camp Lady Bison survived a furious fourth-quarter rally by the Gallatin Lady Wave that nearly wiped out a 22-point lead before closing out a 64-59 win in District 9AAA action.

GALLATIN - An Eli Thurston 3-pointer in overtime gave the Station Camp Bison a lead they would never relinquish in a 45-36 win at home over District 9-AAA foe Gallatin Green Wave on Tuesday.

Former Station Camp Bison John Jenkins will continue his professional career in China, according to Emiliano Carchia of Sportando, who says that Jenkins has reached an agreement with the Jiangsu Dragons. 

HENDERSONVILLE - A smothering defense by the Beech Lady Buccaneers forced numerous turnovers by the Gallatin Lady Wave on the way to a 56-35 win in District 9-AAA action on Tuesday.

The Gallatin Green Wave blew a 12-point lead in the fourth quarter before rebounding to claim a 63-59 win over the Beech Buccaneers in overtime on Tuesday in a clash of District 9-AAA rivals.

HENDERSONVILLE - Friday night marked the first game back on the hardwood for both Beech and Oakland following the New Year's Day holiday. 

Senior Lady Knight Ashley Malone dominated Friday night’s non-district contest between Pope John Paul II and visiting Clarksville Northwest scoring a game-high 35 points in the 57-51 JPII victory.

Hendersonville – When Andrew Paige slammed home an alley-oop pass from Kaleb Powell to make it 4-0 Beech, the game appeared the Bucs might just run away with their semifinal contest against Muhlenbuerg County. However, Paige picked up his second foul just one minute later and the game changed.
