The two suspects involved in the high-speed chase Dec. 30 that claimed the life of Hendersonville Master Patrol Officer Spencer Bristol, are now charged with reckless homicide.

Kevin Jordan and Emani Martin, both 19, were being held in the Sumner County Jail on charges of reckless endangerment and evading arrest. The two were transferred today to Metro Nashville where they were booked on the new charges, according to information released just before 2 p.m. on the Metro Nashville Police Department’s Twitter page.

This is a developing story.
